DMC-III CNC Milling Machine Manufacture Warranty Agreements
Advanced Control Tech (ACT), GPK Group Inc. is the machine manufacturer. We provide manufacture warranty for a full 1-year on the machine and all parts are included. The extended warranty for beyond 12 months can be purchased at an additional cost. The CNC machine was designed for minimum maintenance and all CNC controllers were thoroughly tested before shipped. In case of any a faulty controllers, please do not open the controller boxes for your own repairs.
Please contact the technical support department at 818-363-6070 to isolate the problem. If it is due to the faulty controller, you simply remove the entire control box from the machine and send the control box to us. Once we receive the control box, we will repair it or replace it upon our own discretion. We will pay for all the shipping cost for any warranty repairs.
The warranty will be void if you modify or alter the controller box. This warranty is also void if the machine has been altered or modified.
All mechanical parts were built to be very reliable under normal operating conditions. In case of any problems, please call technical support to isolate the problem. If the problem is due to the faulty parts we will send you the new parts which you can easily replace. We support any maintenance parts, such as timing belt, during the warranty period and will respond to all customer service within one business day and send parts through priority mail.

Since we build the best machines in the market, we are confident to provide you with a 30 day trial offer. If, for any reason within that time you decide to return the DMC-III, just call our Customer Service department at 1-818-363-6070. We will help you arrange shipping back to us.
The machine must be packed in the original wooden crater. When we receive the machine back and have found it to be in proper working condition and saleable, we’ll refund your full purchase price, excluded the original shipping charges. Please note: return shipping charges and any shipping damage from improper repacking is your responsibility.
